I ordered the slider for those cool looking shots looking like a Hollywood dolly effect but I didn’t want to get a shorter slider.
The 40 inch slider seemed to be just right for my wants and the price tag was the seller for me to get it.
The slider comes with a great tote bag which is well cushioned to keep your gear protected and it looks pretty nice.
The setup is easy and easy to use straight out of the box. The slider is well built and it looks to be able to take a beating in the back of your car.
The one issue I have is the support nubs for the legs, they do not offer a lot of grip and actually makes the slider slide on some surfaces. I’m thinking of putting some electric tape on the bottom or dipping them in rubber/silicon coating.
I’ve only used it a couple of times and I know I want to utilize it a lot more in the future. I’ll just need to practice a bit more with it and do slower movements as the slider does tend to be a bit jerky if I move the camera a bit fast in the center area. This is understandable as any long beams will bend a bit when you have weight on it. I’m planning on getting a long screw that would be of exact height to the legs to support the middle.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my review of this slider.

My unboxing of the GoPro Hero 4 Black that I purchased for $179 bucks!!! All legit right off a truck – normal price is $499.
The link to the video of me visiting the truck is at end of video or right down below.
The crazy part is I lost my GoPro Hero 3 in the back of my trunk until this Saturday – 6/4/2016! I don’t know how many times I’ve searched through the trunk looking for it these past few months and finally found it!
I haven’t used the Hero 3 Black for about as long as the Hero 4 Black but I was surprised to see that the Hero 4 Black still had most of the charge in it!
Hopefully I’ll get around to playing with both of my GoPro gear soon!
I think at least I’m back, totally been off track not posting anything on WordPress, but rest assure, you’ll be updated with any new updates!
