Is this Google VR Glass cheap plastic junk?

Google has come out with a variation of Google Cardboard which is made by a company called Go4D. You can say it is a cheap piece of plastic! I purchased it for around $13 bucks US.

Google’s take on the goggles are ok but lack some ideas on the usability. The ability to move the lens to fit the user’s eyes are nice but the lack of a movable holder is one issue if you have a thicker phone or if you have a case that takes up a lot of space.

I tried to use it with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but failed. I tried it with the Letv S1/X500 and it looked great. However, if you want to experience a VR environment, a darker setting would be nice like when you are using an enclosed VR system and light doesn’t affect the screen. This is no way an Oculus Rift, if you get my drift.
